Michelle Frances painted this Van Gogh reproduction for the 2007 Junior Symphony Guild Show Home. The room, being adjacent to a young girls room, on the main floor of the home and very near the main living spaces, needed to be warm and inviting. This particular Van Gogh seemed the perfect way to brighten the space and the painting’s expressive brushstrokes and bold composition added a life to a space that was originally quite cold and lifeless.
